You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use any ags99 services. Age is verified through mandatory KYC document submission before any withdrawal is processed.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on ags99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no foreign currency conversions or hidden FX markups on any transaction.
Identity verification (KYC) via a valid KTP or Indonesian passport is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be approved. Unverified accounts cannot receive outgoing payments.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a standard 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
Standard withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are processed within five minutes of approval. VIP members at Platinum tier and above receive expedited handling.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ags99 ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ags99 website located at https://ags99.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").
ags99 operates as an offshore international online gaming platform. These Terms apply regardless of the device or means by which you access the Platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future application interfaces.
These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendments are posted, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where these Terms conflict with any promotional terms or bonus-specific terms, the more specific document applies to the matter in question; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To open and maintain an Account on ags99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
3.2 Indonesian Market Context. ags99 is designed specifically for players who use Indonesian payment infrastructure — including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI, and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. You remain solely responsible for verifying whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your personal jurisdiction before registering.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. ags99 reserves the right to request updated information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid, government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include: an Indonesian national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or a valid Indonesian passport. Documents must be current, clearly legible, and must match the name and date of birth provided at registration.
3.5 One Account Policy. Operating more than one Account — whether in your own name or in combination with any other person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate or multi-accounts will be closed, and all associated Balances will be forfeited without compensation.
3.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. ags99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.7 Right to Refuse Registration. ags99 reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide reasons for its decision.
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ags99 supports the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah with no foreign exchange conversion:
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within five (5) minutes of successful bank confirmation. ags99 does not accept third-party deposits — the sending account must be registered in your own name. Deposits sent from unverified or third-party accounts may be returned or withheld pending investigation.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will be declined.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP members receive expedited withdrawal handling with a guaranteed processing target of ninety (90) seconds.
4.6 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed on an Account that has not completed full KYC verification. The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as the ags99 Account holder.
4.7 Transaction Fees. ags99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may independently apply transaction fees or limits; ags99 bears no liability for such charges.
4.8 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ags99 does not accept or disburse in any foreign currency. Any attempt to deposit in a non-IDR currency will result in the transaction being declined.
4.9 Withdrawal Integrity. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account owned by the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances. ags99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal amounts, which may temporarily extend processing times.
5.1 General Applicability. ags99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, free bet credits, seasonal event bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds. For example: a Rp 1.000.000 welcome bonus requires a total of Rp 30.000.000 in eligible wagers to be placed and settled before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless the specific promotion terms state a different validity period. Unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from uncompleted bonus wagering are automatically forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
5.4 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements must typically be met on slots and selected casino games. Bets placed on certain live dealer tables, progressive jackpot games, or specific sportsbook markets may contribute at a reduced percentage or may not count at all toward the wagering requirement. Eligible games and contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. ags99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to artificially clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; participating in a coordinated scheme with other players to systematically exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ags99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.
5.6 Bonus Modification. ags99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively subject to wagering requirements at the time of the change.
6.1 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets and casino games on the Platform. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface before you place a wager. ags99 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical failure occurring before confirmation is issued, the bet is considered void and any deducted stake will be returned to your Account Balance.
6.3 Errors & Obvious Mistakes. ags99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or under manifestly incorrect conditions — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed outages, or system malfunctions. Where a void bet is declared, the original stake will be returned in full to the relevant Account.
6.4 Sportsbook Markets. ags99 offers fixed-odds betting across football (judi bola — Indonesian English slang for football wagering), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and other markets. Asian handicap (voor bola), 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bet types are available subject to individual market availability. Specific settlement rules for each sport are published in the Sportsbook House Rules, which form part of these Terms.
6.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. RTP percentages for slot titles are disclosed within each game panel. ags99 does not alter the RNG configurations set by the original game supplier. Published RTP figures reflect long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
6.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws hosted on the Platform follow schedules and prize structures published on the relevant togel game page. Results are determined by independently verifiable draw processes. ags99 does not accept liability for discrepancies arising from third-party data feed delays in transmitting live draw results.
6.7 Dispute Resolution for Bet Outcomes. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a formal dispute via our support channel within seven (7) calendar days of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained. All disputes are subject to final review by ags99's trading team, whose decision is conclusive.
7.1 Commitment. ags99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. We provide all account holders with free and immediate access to a suite of player-protection tools.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written authorisation from ags99.
10.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ags99 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ags99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
10.3 ags99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 ags99 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ags99 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all data in transit between your device and our servers. Player fund balances are maintained in accounts that are segregated from ags99's own operational capital.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, all pending wagers must be settled and any remaining Real-Money Balance must be withdrawn to a verified payment account in your name.
12.2 Termination by ags99. ags99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or by ags99 — all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from unsettled bonus wagering are immediately forfeited. Verified Real-Money Funds will be returned to your nominated payment account within five (5) business days, minus any outstanding obligations.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ags99 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team in writing. ags99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a complete written statement of the complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe above, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in ags99's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.1 ags99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted to this page with an updated effective date and version number. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 For material changes — particularly those affecting withdrawal rights, bonus wagering requirements, or account eligibility — ags99 will endeavour to notify affected players via the email address registered on their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and accurate.
